Cookie policy
Version of 1 September 2026. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the websites https://demusic.online/, https://demusicaward.com/, https://pianoaward.com/, https://accordionlights.com/, why they are needed and how to manage them. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
1.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site work, remember settings and show how visitors use the pages.
1.2. Similar technologies (pixels, tags, device identifiers, browser local storage) work on the same principle. In this policy they are all called cookies.
1.3. Cookies themselves do not contain your name or contacts. But identifiers from cookies may be linked with other data about a visitor, so we treat them as personal data where the law requires.

Necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site will not work without them. Analytics and advertising cookies start working when the page loads; you can disable them in your browser settings or with the service providers (section 5).
3. Services and cookies on the site
The services listed below are connected to the site. Cookie names, periods and contents are set by their providers and may change, so the table gives typical examples.

4. What data these cookies collect
- browser or device identifier, IP address, device type, operating system and browser;
- pages you opened, time on the site, source of the visit, clicks on elements;
- actions important for assessing advertising (for example, opening or submitting the application form).
We do not pass the contents of your application to advertising and analytics services: full name, date of birth, payment documents and video. This data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the Consent to personal data processing.
5. Consent and how to manage it
5.1. On your first visit the site shows a cookie notice. By clicking «OK» or continuing to use the site, you agree to the use of cookies on the terms of this policy. Analytics and advertising cookies, as well as the related tags, start working when the page loads.
5.2. The notice can be reopened with the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of the site. You can withdraw consent at any time: delete or block cookies in your browser settings (clause 5.4) or use the opt-out methods of the providers (clause 5.5). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5.3. Refusing analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to submit an application and take part in the competition.
5.4. Cookies can be disabled or deleted in the browser settings (the «Privacy» or «Cookies» section). If all cookies are disabled, some site functions, including the application form, may not work correctly.
5.5. Separate opt-out methods from providers:
- Google: personalised advertising can be disabled in Google's ad settings https://adssettings.google.com;
- Yandex.Metrica: the data-collection opt-out page https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html;
- Meta: ad preferences https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences;
- VK: privacy and advertising settings in your VK account.
6. Data transfer and retention
6.1. Some services (Google, Meta, Yandex, VK) are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and may store and process data on their servers in different countries. We pass data to them only to the extent necessary for the connected tags to work, and on the basis of your cookie consent.
6.2. Cookie retention periods are given in section 3 and are set by the providers. Analytics data in our Google, Yandex, Meta and VK accounts is kept within the periods set in those services' settings.
6.3. We do not sell cookie data or use it to identify a specific person. Data of minors stated in the application is not used for advertising or profiling.

9. Changes to the policy
A new version is published on the site with its date and takes effect upon publication. If we add new services that use cookies, we will update the table in section 3 and, if necessary, ask for consent again.
This is a translation; in case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
