Consent to personal data processing

I, acting on my own behalf or as the legal representative of a minor Participant (the Participant's full name is given in the application), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give DEMUSIC.ONLINE LLP (BIN 230140040554, address: 13/1 Al-Farabi Ave., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, hereinafter the Organiser) my consent to the collection, storage, use, transfer, blocking and deletion of personal data — mine and the Participant's — in connection with participation in the competition for which the application is submitted, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and Their Protection» and on the terms below.

1. Data. The data stated in the competition application form: full name; date of birth; country and city; educational institution; teacher's full name; information about the piece performed or the competition work; email and phone (WhatsApp, Telegram); link to the competition materials, including the Participant's image and voice; proof of payment; promo code; the answer about the source of information about the competition.
2. Purposes. Receiving and processing the application; assessment of the performance by the Jury; determining results; sending award documents; accepting payments and refunds; communication on competition matters; keeping records as required by law.
3. Publication of results. I agree to the public posting on the Organiser's website and in the official sources of the competition of the Participant's full name, country, age category, title of the piece, score obtained and title awarded.
4. Transfer to third parties. I agree to the transfer of data to the extent necessary for the purposes above: to Jury members, banks, hosting providers, cloud services and email providers (including Google and Yandex), and messengers for communication. Some of these services are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. The list is given in the Privacy Policy.
5. Term. The consent is valid from the moment the application is submitted until the end of the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy, unless I withdraw it earlier.
6. Confirmation of authority. If I submit an application for a minor, I confirm that I am their legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian or custodian) and entitled to give this consent.
7. Discount. If I request a discount or reduced fee provided for by the competition Regulations, I separately consent to the processing of the status document (it may contain information about health or financial situation) solely to verify the right to the discount. The document is deleted after verification, no later than 30 days.
8. Accuracy. I confirm that the data provided are accurate and that I have read the Privacy Policy.
9. Publication of materials. I agree that DEMUSIC.ONLINE LLP may publish the video and other materials of the Participant's performance (image and voice) on the website, on the Organiser's social networks and in advertising materials of competitions.
10. Newsletter. I agree to receive messages about the next competitions of DEMUSIC.ONLINE LLP at the email address and messenger provided.

The consent is considered given when the application is submitted with the tick box ticked.

Withdrawal of consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to accordionlights@gmail.com with the subject «Withdrawal of consent». In the email state the Participant's full name, the competition name and the full name of the person withdrawing consent. After withdrawal the Organiser stops processing and deletes the data, unless the law requires it to be kept (for example, payment documents).

Withdrawing consent to the processing of data necessary for participation makes further participation impossible; the refund of the fee in this case is governed by the Payment and refund terms and the Competition Regulations.
